Service is only for single family residential customers. Call to place a request. Cal-Met, the City's hauler, will pick up bulky items like sofas and refrigerators on the same day as your regular trash pickup.

The Los Angeles County Housing Authority administers Section 8, which is a federal government program that helps subsidize residential rents for those who meet certain income requirements. There are a number of Section 8 vouchers for properties in Paramount, but there is also a waiting list of residents who would like to apply for these vouchers.
