Neighborhood Watch Lowers Crime
Paramount's Neighborhood Watch Program, which has neighborhood Watch Leaders throughout the city, is a way for residents to help the City and the Sheriff's Department prevent crime before it starts. Communities with healthy Neighborhood Watch participation rates tend to have less crime than areas that don't.

Fun and Easy to Join
Joining the program is easy and fun. The City has outfitted a vehicle that has everything needed for a successful meeting. Think about the date and time to conduct the meeting (generally between 5:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m., Monday thru Thursday). Encourage your neighbors to attend.
