GENERAL DUTIES: Under general supervision, the Community Service Officer will perform duties as assigned by the City's Public Safety Department. Responsibilities will include: answering phones and assisting customers at the Substation front counter; receiving and responding to citizen requests for service; preparing crime and miscellaneous incident reports; collecting evidence; marking and towing abandoned vehicles; issuing parking citations; dealing with the general public and answering questions; assisting at traffic accidents with first aid, traffic control; providing directions or assistance to motorists; maintaining a daily log of activities; performs other duties as assigned.

GENERAL DUTIES: Under the direction of the Recreation Supervisor, the Recreation Coordinator will coordinate the operation of an after-school program; supervise instructional staff; facilitate the delivery of the LitART Literacy Curriculum including the literacy, math, enrichment, recreational, and homework support activities; maintain clean and organized classroom areas; actively participate in professional developments activities including training workshops and coaching; supervise recreation activities, sports programs, special events, and excursions; employ positive classroom management and discipline techniques; consistently support the mission of the STAR program; communicate regularly with school principal, teachers, parents, and community; manage program logistics such as the collection of student data and attendance records; assist the Program Director with program development and evaluation activities; and perform other duties as assigned.

GENERAL DUTIES: Under the general direction of the Finance Director, the Accountant prepares journal entries; reconciles bank and general ledger accounts; reviews expenditure and revenue reports; maintains accounting files and records; assists in the preparation of the City's budget; prepares financial statements in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles and assists with the preparation of the City's Comprehensive Annual Financial Report (CAFR); prepares financial reports in compliance with federal, state and local laws, rules and regulations; interfaces with independent auditors; maintains grant related records and prepares periodic grant reports; performs other duties as assigned.
SALARY: $12.21 - $14.84 per hour, appointment is generally made at the beginning step; approximately 20 hours per week - scheduling includes weekday and weekend shifts

GENERAL DUTIES: Under supervision, performs variety of maintenance duties for the City. May include mowing and edging of landscape; cleans drinking fountains, restroom facilities, and roadways; collects trash. Installs, maintains, paves, and patches asphalt and concrete streets and parking areas; builds forms for sidewalks; pours cement. Repair of electrical, electronic, plumbing and irrigation systems; maintenance of vehicle fleets; carpentry, painting, woodworking, and other building maintenance related projects. Reports work progress; submits purchase requisitions for materials and equipment and performs other duties as assigned.
